like ipnash suggested, contact lenovo support line and ship your laptop back.
try to re-install power management and/or graphic drivers.
check download page for available bios update if there's.

which version of bios do you have?
have you tried to perform clean windows installation?
if it also doesn't work, you better contact lenovo support line and tell the issue you have, and ship your laptop back.
it depends by country but if you send it one more time, lenovo should replace the computer with the new one.
