Lenovo OneKey Recovery for Windows 7 64bit does not work

there isn't good support for IDEAPAD, it seems like THINKPAD is doubly better support!  I have the hardest time getting an answer for my IDEAPAD Z565

Even sign up under IBM, it doesn't even show IDEAPAD as a product!
