I had the same problem, and I think following the solution here fixed it - thank you!
I think it was uninstalling Lenovo ReadyComm that did it.
I had uninstalled McAfee, disabled ipv6, and executed the "netsh int tcp set global autotuninglevel=disabled" command as an administrator, and the modem was still rebooting.
Then I found and uninstalled Lenovo ReadyComm (and uninstalled VeriFace and ID Vault at the same time, so it's possible they were a factor), and the modem hasn't rebooted itself since.
Thanks again!

The readycom program was causing the router to reboot every few mins.

This thread was sounding so good.... exactly my problem.
BUT
I don't have anything called Readycomm installed!
I have a stock Lenovo X220i Tablet with Windows 7.
Any clues where this same problem might now be hiding?
Thanks!

Spoke to soon. Circumstantially, it seems this has reduced the problem, but it is still there

Since I don't have Readycomm and I've turned off IPv6 ... what else could it be!?!
Thanks! Please!?
