Lenovo g470 OS installation problem

i just received a new G470 without any os i tried to install it win a fresh copy of windows 7 but i kept receiving ang I/O error while windows files were loading, did a usb installation and it worked.. next was during the partition phase.. i acidentally deleted the first 2 partions that i thought it was an error from my 1st attempt to instal the OS using the dvd drive.. now when the bios loads it wont go to the OS proper.. should i bring it to a lenovo office or there is a fix for it that i can download?

Re: Lenovo g470 OS installation problem

Hello kholdmire and welcome to community,

I am sorry to hear, you are unable to setup your new laptop.

Kindly boot the laptop again with Windows 7 disc and repair the startup, if it fails

You should do the Windows 7 installation again from the USB disk and then recreate the partition and install the Operating System.

Please do this as it will resolve the issue. If the issue persist then you may take online assistance from support center
