Lenovo's 3000 n200 nVidia driver out of date?

I may need to update my nVidia GeForce Go 7300 driver. The site lists drivers that were updated as recently as a month or so ago. However, their driver search device won't give an answer on if I should update the driver, saying htat only Lenovo can do that. The Lenovo site lists a driver that was released in 2007! Any way to get a new driver? This older version of the video driver is causing problems with a video game (everyone with this specific issue has Vista and an nVidia driver, and the issue is fixed when the driver is updated).

Thanks. I've seen that listed elwhere, too. But then people have had major problems with their computers after using those, so I'll steer clear.
