N100 screen resolution problems

After having my computer reformatted by a local computer store, I turned it on to find that the best screen resolution I can have is 1024x768. Before having it reformatted, I had it at 1280x800 but I can't seem to figure out how to get it back to that.

 

It's extremely frustrating. Thanks for your help.
