N200 (0769-AL3) BSOD when suspend/resume on vista

I got this model, awesome in much aspects, but there is something that I don't like:

When I suspend manually or automatically it does itself, when woke up the wireless led flashes momentarilly and then turn off, the system says that the fingerprint reader is unavailable, and the usb ports doesn't work. Then about 1 min. the system falls into BSOD with the archive pci.sys and reboots itself.

This doesn't ocurr with hibernation.

Searching everywhere I noticed that pci.sys involves plug ang play enumerator, then I assume that this device no wake at all when resuming.

In another searching I see that another model of lenovo had the same issue, and then updating the bios this solved it. Unfortunely this system has the latest bios (3.03 from april 24, 2008), downgrading to 1.01 don't resolved anything

Tried to disable ahci on bios and don't wake up in this state.

Changed LPC driver from lenovo to intel-microsoft driver and then wake it freezes windows and sometimes mouse pointer (all the system)

Reinstalled vista from commercial neutral dvd + video driver, no luck, freeze.

Please if there are a bios fix, system fix, tweak, patch, whatever to solve this issue.

Had to change all events of suspend to hibernate, disable suspend by time, and don't pressing Fn+F4
