N500 bios update Windows 7 not working

I've tried to run the winflash utility from Lenovo support to update N500 to  v1.10, but it says it can't load the driver once I have started the flashing. Running as administrator and in compatibility mode doesn't change it. Is it possible to flash the bios with a DOS startup? The bios is in a wph format and not bin in the winflash package.

bios update is for vista, not windows 7.

currently bios update's version is 1.10, you used 1.09, it's not upgrade, it's downgrade.

Not when my bios was 1.03 and 1.10 is for computers without HDMI.

But there is still no support for hardware-assisted virtualization in the bios. I was hoping I could utilize this with my P8600 cpu.
