Notebook noise and heatup problem while streaming

If I open multiple youtube tabs. And do online streaming. I notice a severe heat under my palm and noise. I also notice processer high jumps in task manager. One or two time my machine also turned off. (most probably due to processor heatup).

To prevent this situation should I get more RAM? Currently I have 1 GB. And running Windows 7 on my Lenovo N200-0769.

Any help or recomendatiosn will be appriciated.

Check for dust build up on the heatsink cooling fins.

Located under a panel on the bottom, blow out with

compressed air or use a soft bristled brush.

And more ram (2GB total) can not hurt!
