PROBLEM WITH CORE i3 ON LENOVO G460

my processor runs really slow. I don't know, it goes only to 20% of use and windows and all others programs start slowly. I can't find the reason and there aren't any options in the BIOS menu. can someone please help me? thanks!

is there any error messages under event logs?
( right click my computer > manage > event logs )

also, when did you perform clean windows installation last time? it may help if it's software issue.

yes, there are some errors but anyone related to the processor i guess. i've reinstalled windows many times with clean installations but it didn't solve the problem :/ thanks!

i saw couple of disk errors. please, post detailed error messages about it. you may need to replace your hdd.

backup your personal files to external hdd or dvd and contact lenovo support line for hdd replacement.
