Problem in Y500 touchpad and DVD drive.

Hi, 

In my Lenovo Y500 Laptop, Touch pad has suddenly stopped working while usb mouse is working. Also the DVD writer does not read DVDs/CDs. I have tried installing the driver again but in vain. Please help.

I don't know what your OS is..BTW, my (XP Service Pk2) is fixed by installing hotfix "kb888111xpsp2".  Please search this hotfix via google or ask for it in Microsoft website.

You can use Function+Escape key to toggle between Enable and Disable the touchpad for Lenovo Y 5oo
