Problem returning from Lock/Hibernation

Assistance needed! 

 

I have an N 500 laptop and everytime I try to come back from putting the system on lock or hibernation it comes up with a blue screen saying there's a problems with Windows?

The only way of discard this possibility is installing a fresh copy of windows on hard disk, install video driver then try to lock/hibernating, if no issue occurs then the windows that you got actually is the cause.

Note: shrink the actual partition and install the new windows on available space. Let at least 20 G free
