Hello, I hope someone can help me and pehaps I can help them too. I was concerned to have two problems with my brand new highly rated laptop. After going round in circles I managed to make the unworkable Bluray player work with this update given by a lenovo technician on a forum. iread so many comments about Lenovo trying to sell customers more things to make the unworkable Bluray work. The other problem is this eternal boot optimiser that keeps loading on start up. I have uninstalled and reinstalled it but it won't go away. Some people have suggested uninstalling it completely. Surely something Lenovo put on a laptop should work. I need some help from Lenovo with this as I see from posts on the internet that this is a problem across many of your range. If I can't get it fixed I will be returning my Lenovo to Amazon as faulty reluctantly as I really like this laptop and have read so many great reviews
