I tried to use skype version 5.1 and lenovo camera did not work. I have installed last version of camera's driver. My solution was downgrade skype to version 4.2. Now skype works fine. I think the problem is with skype, not with camera's driver...

Appreciate your feedback on this. I've tried searching on Google on this issue and I've found the following.

Apparently there has been several bug reports on Skype forum regarding this issue as well.
