since website provided is for 2.03 or higher,
mine one is 1.06, lower than 2.03
is there anyway to update it without sending to local lenovo service provider.

As you need information regarding to update the Bios, I would suggest you to please visit the mentioned below web link and update the Bios.

Please read also the installation instructions of updating Bios from the above mentioned web link.

The OP's BIOS is too old a version to be updated from the download site. From the "Important Information":
"If BIOS version of the machine is older than 29CN26WW (V2.03), please turn to local Lenovo service provider for BIOS update."
I believe the OP is asking if there is any way to update without going through service.
