Recovery CD

I call IBM in Poland to order recovery CD but this is not possible in Poland. I asked helpdesk lenovo in Poland for assistance but I haven’t receive any thing form them. Can somebody help me with this problem ?

You can create your own recovery CD from your computer.

Just click on start   -  all programs-  lenovo care  - create recovery media then follow the steps on screen . It will take time approximately one hour. When i created this 7 cds was needed.

Yes I now that and I all ready do that, but according to user manual there is a possibility to order CD’s  from Lenovo and I would like to have those CD’s

I can’t understand why HD Lenovo in Poland is not responding to my emails ?

If  there is a choice why Lenovo charge people to recover the HD ( just the recovery partition) instead of sending the CD’s ?

It will be better for you to get some DVDs yourself and back it up. Lenovo charges about $45 or so for recovery cds.+shipping charges + why wait until someone reply
