Hi - thanks for your help on this.
After reformating, have these problems:
1) Web cam now records video 180 degrees upside down.
Went to record a YouTube (and other video emails) and I was
totally upside down.
Downloaded the most recent driver.
2) Dual Monitor Display - when pressed Fn F7 before, I could have either both monitors on or only one.
NOW, when I press FN F7, the following happens:
1 - first press = only the 2nd monitor has display.
2- 2nd press - both monitors go black
3- 3rd press - back to the main monitor.
Need to be able to have both on at same time for presentations.
3) All lenovo built in help menus were erased.
When I tried to download the "smart" system to detect new drivers etc --- kept getting an error on the serial number. Being I entered it multiple times exactly as printed and other variations, not certain what to do.
