Rescue and Recovery problem

 Hi all, I have a Lenovo 3000 N200 notebook and I'm having troubles recovering my old system.I’ve recently updated my Vista Home edition to Windows 7.Now I am trying to return the old operating system, as far as I know that can only be done by resetting the computer to its pre fabricated state.I don’t have original Vista disk (the system is OEM) I have successfully already done the above in the past in order to reinstall my Vista.Strangely, now when I try to interrupt normal startup and enter Rescue and Recovery the only option I have is F11 - “Repair system”, which however does nothing, only starts Windows 7 again. Does anyone have any idea how to solve this problem?
