I am beginning to think that we are dealing with a panel issue. I think something is wrong with the piece. I think that because I didn't touch that area until you mentioned it, and now that I have, I am getting some stability (no smears) again. It works, and even moving the screen seems to not bother the delicate situation. BUT, i'm not sure WHAT I did. I just touched the are in the pictures (see pics).
Once the screen goes bad again (I feel that it will), I will have more info, as I am going to do what you said. (Right now i'm trying to get as much screen-time as I'm writing a paper for school).
I'll keep updating when more news are available. THANK YOU Duc3

Did you unplug and replug the cable? (Carefully)
If the cable is plugged in firmly, and you are touching the
circuit board, and that causes a change, probably the panel need replacement.
