System Recovery doesn't find OS

I have a

Lenovo 3000 G530 4446-23U Laptop

I was having problems getting anything to load and kept having "such n such "stoppped working" windows popping up. I went into safe mode and windows loaded perfectly. I uninstalled a few programs and went to restart. The same issues happened again so I decided to go into system recovery. When I did, it stated to pick the OS to recover but nothing was there and it began searching. It can't find anything and now automatically boots into that whenever I restart.

OH, I also tried a disk check and it said it couldn't complete. then is when it started going directly into system recovery.

Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

Did you burn a copy of factory recovery DVD using One Key Recovery when you first started using the machine?

If you have, do use it to do a factory recovery on your system.

If you don't then you would need to contact support to assist.
