What solution does JameZ have?
I purchased my computer
Week 1
I have issues with computer fan and computer noises.
Called Tech Support, and I have case number
Waited for return phone call
Called Tech Support to send computer to depot
Waited for return phone - was promised
Called Tech Support and have case manager Leo
Call got disconnected, Leo did not call me back
Week 2
Got computer from Depot, computer still has same issues
Called Leo to report incident, Leo could not help, told me he would try to get me on site tech or replacement unit
Week 3
Actually got phone called from Corporate office, Janice
Janice left message, returned call, but did not call back
Called Janice second time. Janice returned call.
Janice could not do anything, she scheduled call with another tech guy.
Week 4
Waiting for call from Tech guy, will tech guy call Monday?
I'll go dig up all these dates (estimate) , but its been about 4 weeks total for these issues.
Way to go Lenovo !!!
