I bought a G570 on August 8th of 2011 and the computer so far has pulled through for me and met my expectations for it. However a few weeks ago my Hinge broke and I was still in warranty and I sent it in for repairs. While my computer was on its way to Texas via fed-ex i read a lot of horror stories of people with lenovo customer service and how laptops got lost and everything so I was a bit scared to send my laptop in. However all went well and I think Lenovo deserves a good post from me for their fast repair and great customer service. Every large company will have its gimmicks here and there because no one is perfect and from the service I received, good job lenovo! My only complaint was that it was hard to find the number to call to get my computer fixed haha.
