What's the HDD limit for 3000 N200 0769-BWG?

As stated I would like to ask if there is an upper limit on the hard drive size as I'm planning to get some more internal storage.

The current HDD is WD1600BEVS-08RST2, a SATA so must the HDD be SATA? Or even SATA2 will be fine?

Only limitation I know of is thickness of the drive.
I think up to 640 GB at 9.5 mm. Western Digital
makes a 750 9.5 mm, and others may also.
SATA 1 or 2 is fine.
