Hi,
We recently purchased a refurbished Lenovo G570 laptop running Windows 7. Our wireless (Verizon hotspot) does not work now. I sense this is common issue, and apologize if I'm repeating questions already asked...but:
What do we do? What drivers should I download, if any?
I just need some ideas. Verizon was no help at all.
FYI - we can connect to the internet as long as we tether the Verizon mobile hotspot device to the laptop. So something is working. When we disconnect and try to log on wirelessly, however, we get several different errors, and it will not connect to the internet.
Any help is appreciated!!
Dan

When I say "recently" I mean 3 days ago. The wifi has never worked since we got the laptop. I worked the day before on our old laptop, which was a Toshiba with Windows Vista. So I suspect Windows 7 is the issue. It's definitely the Lenovo laptop causing the problem, though.
