WiFi problem with my 3000 Y410

Hello,

I'm running a dual boot Vista\XP configuration on my Lenovo 3000 Y410. When running in XP I encounter an annoying problem- my wireless connection will be working fine and then suddenly stop working- no internet access. When I check the network connections window my Intel(R) PRO/Wireless 3945ABG Network Connection appears as "connected" like usual, but it's not. I can't access the wireless router ip either when this happens. A restart will fix the problem, but fn+F5 doesn't, so it's a hassle.

 In vista I haven't encountered the problem.

Anyone have any ideas?

even I am facing the same problem.... I am trying to connect to internet thru WIFI using Lenovo 3000 Y410 laptop. I am using XP on my laptop and have installed the XP drivers. laptop is detecting WIFI but when I click on connect it is not getting to the internet. could you please me know whatthe problem is ...

It will be helpful if you can replky me back ,...  coz I am in need of it very urgent....

remove the adapter ( wireless ) drivers, restart your computer and install it again.
