Windows 7 32-bit on 3000 Y410 wireless slider switch problem

I recently bought a used Y410, and installed
Win 7 32 bit, clean install to blank hard drive.

Wireless slider switch works fine after cold boot.
Turns it on and off.

The only driver I installed that would affect the
switch would be Energy Cut. Same version as you.

I installed it in Compatibility Mode for Vista,
and set to Run as Administrator.

Thanks for your reply. I found the solution by accident. Because my audio exhibited the same problem I tried installing Realtek's audio driver (HDA driver R2.64 from www.realtek.com). After this audio started working after a cold boot and, miraculously, the WiFi slider switch now also works from cold boot! How an audio driver can influence WiFi is beyond me, but hey, I'm not complaining.
