Wrong Bios updated on 3000N100

I downloaded the so call update bios from the Lenovo website, which said that the latest bios version is 2.06 (61ET37ww, File name: DL00206A.WPH), my stock bios was 1.08(63ET37WW)

After flash,I found all USB devices get disconnected and reconnected then hault while I am using the keyboard, which is very obvious it is not the right bios for me, it was normall with the old bios before the flash.

The thing is I can never undo the flash or back to the original, when using the winphlash to restore the original file (DL01108A.WPH) it keeps giving me the blue screen and restart the windows (Vista).

Anybody experience the same and has the solution? Please Please help.....

Talked to the CS they said wait...... tyeh said no sulotion yet......:smileysad:

Try to flash the BIOS by the backup file that got created when you flashed the BIOS. Hope this helps.

Unluckily, the backup file was deleted somehow, can you or anyone send me a copy of that, which should be the version 1.08 not 2.06. please help...

Sorry  I accidentally hit the " accepted solution icon", but actually I don't find its a solution yet.
