Y400--System Shuttinng down automatically

Hi,

I am using 3000 Series Y400 notebook laptop.It was working fine sometime back.Currently I am facing the problem of laptop shutting down automatically.Its irrespective of external power supply.When shut down it is going completely off and after few minutes it starts showing up the power.

I am out of the warranty period by 1 month.Can some one please help me out.
