alternate ways to extend graphics?

as this has no graphic card,now is there any other way to extend my graphics?

without changing the mother board and all?

i mean an alternative??

Not without an express card slot.

If you only wanted to run more monitors, there is a usb solution for that, but as far as a more powerful graphics card, there's  no way to do it.
