Hi all,I bought a nice new g570 from pc world.
all is working great but cant find the bluetooth,when i enter bluetooth in search the software window comes up but in device manager there is no mention of it.i have been search the web and most of the information shows bluetooth with this g570.I am wondering if it just the software and not the hardware fitted.any help please

Hi cooky48 and welcome to the community,
Go here and enter your serial number. It should bring up your configuration and say whether or not it has bluetooth.

hello everyone i hav problem with my bluetooth.
i have lenovo g570 and i cant use my bluetooth. fn+f5 appears only wirless switch on/off.
i downloaded broadcom driver and cant isntall shows this message.
"no bluetooth device was detected please make sure that your bluetooth device is plugged in properly in order to continiue installation"
what can i do how to turn on my bluetooth.
using win7 x32

Fn + F5 = wireless switch on/off right?? in lenovo g570.... u can find a lock type switch jus to the left of the four led lights below the touchpad.... that switch goes left and right...push it to the right (or left if its already in right and vice versa) and then again press fn+f5... it should solve the problem.... that switch is quick wireless ON/OFF of lenovo.... works for both wifi and bluetooth...hope it solves your problem .. ![]()

hi.. go to lenovo official site http://consumersupport.lenovo.com and get urself registered by entering ur g570 laptop serial no printed at its back. download and install bluetooth drivers... here u go
i had the same ploblem and i fixed it this way. do let me know

G570 doesn't have a bluetooth device
