g575 - download issue [ Edited ]

I've had a Lenovo laptop for a few months. From the beggining, almost nothing downloaded. Since then, I've had to completly wipe the memory due to virus. For a short period after that, it downloaded stuff, but now it won't download anything! How do I fix this?

can you be more specific? having trouble with internet connection?
have you tried to update anti-virus software?

by the way, please provide which model of lenovo you have.

make sure that you have admin privileges.
