help me my g460 wont turn on!!!!!!..... [ Edited ]

i have a lenovo g460-20041 with windows 7 installed...... few dayz ago when i open my laptop. it wasa showing "STARTING WINDOWS" n giving a loud strangeing siren sound...  i quickly swiched off it n again opend it this time it was showing start windows repair... n start windows normaly.... i selected start windows normaly. this time it was not giving the strangeing sound..... n when i logged on into my desktop...... computer icon was automaticaly selected..... i tried a lot to select other icon but it again i automatically selects the icon again..... i thought this was occuring by some virus.... but nw..... yesterday...... my laptop started normaly as usual.... in the evening i left my laptop in idol mode.....n i went out side ... when i came back the laptop was in sleep mode i connected my phone using usb data cable..... my phone showed connected to usb..... n that time laptop was in sleep mode but suddenly it got off.....itried a lot to turn it on but i noticed that the charger LED was not on.... i thought lap[top is dead....... till now i it is dead...
my laptops specification is 500gb HD, intel core 2 duo processor.... and two DDR3 2gb ram.....n 1gb graphic memory......

try this trick: remove the battery, un-plug the ac power, press power button for 30-40 seconds, replace the battery and check if it works.

if it doesn't work, remove the battery and start-up your computer with ac power only.

bro i still wont work.... wen i pluged in the charger pin without battery it not showing the white charging light.......

n i tested the HD in my desktop  windos 7 is lil bit corrupted... cuz... every tym i get restarted when shows "STARTING WINDOWS" then i installed win xp in other drive to recover my files present in c:/ drive

you may have hardware issue ( due to beep noise )
try to perform clean windows installation by pressing one key recover button to make sure if it's software issue.if it doesnt't work, i suggest you to call lenovo support line.

remove the ram sticks and start up your computer.
check if you will hear any beep sound.

possible dead main-board. do you have valid warranty? call lenovo support line.
