keyboard issue

I have g550 lenevo. my keyboard is mixing alphabets. when I press "b" it print "gb". same is with few other keys but not all the keys. only few keys in middle and last row. I am not sure if this is keyboard issue or software problem.Please suggest.

sounds like keyboard issue.
can you check if the issue persists on safe mode?

Thanks for reply. I am getting same issue with safe mode also. I observerd one that everytime I restart, keyboards print different letter. they are not constant. i checked Guarded ID also but it in vain.

i restored system backup of previous date and everything is working fine now. Seems some issue with any of current installation.
