lenovo G560 Keybord & Touchpad problem

when i start my laptop (Lenovo G560) 1st time, its keyboard and touchpad is not working..bt after a restart it works...the problem is persist on preinstalled OS (win7 home premium 64 bit)  and also windows7 ultimate (32 bit)...

Call customer service. Sounds like a hardware problem.
