lenovo b560

I have a lenovo b560 and it freezes when i start it up once in a while and i taught it was because of the new ram i put in so i took it off and left the factory one and reboted back to factory and it still has the same problem can anyone help me

hey weven,

could you remove the ram and resit it.

Also try without battery but use the AC adapter.

curious to know where does it get stuck ? can you hear the hard drive spinning ?

it freezes when i start the computer up before i have to log in to start up the computer it says loading then it freezes and i cant log in or nothing but when it starting fine it says loading then it tells me to put my password then it logs in and it works fine but i already took off the the ram and reset back to factory and it still doing the same thing did u want me to take all the rams out and reset it?
