Re: lenovo g460 get very hot

hey daksut,

if you could, use this manual : http://consumersupport.lenovo.com/us/en/UserGuide/Guide_show_1273731708141.html

and clean your unit. Also, go here : http://consumersupport.lenovo.com/us/en/DriversDownloads/drivers_list.aspx?CategoryID=880973

update all your bios and drivers.

curious to know, does this happen when the unit is idle ?

Re: lenovo g460 get very hot

Quickly, lock the fan with a toothpick, use a vacuum cleaner to clean the heatsink from dust.
