memory stick pro duo on g770? please help

Hi Guys, i just bought a lenovo g770, can someone confirm me that i will have to buy an adaptor to read the sony memory stick pro duo cars with the memory card reader included on the lenovo g770? because im wondering if im being stupid and now knowing how to use it, but as far as i can see it just works with SD card

ps: the computer came with a "plastic card" inside the card reader, its not really a card, i guess its just to protect the slot? whats the use of it?

Look in your user manual, page 14.

"Your computer supports the following types of memory cards:
• Secure Digital (SD) card
• MultiMediaCard (MMC)
• Memory Stick (MS)
• Memory Stick PRO (MS PRO)
• xD-Picture (xD) card"

"Dummy Card" is for keeping dust etc. out when not using reader.

Try the pro duo card both ways, do not force it.
