problem with a new battery for lenovo g530

i've perchased a new Lenovo Battery for my G530 4446-24G laptop and i can't turn on the computer with the battery only and in addition to that when the computer is connected to power i can't turn on the computer unless i unplug the battery from the computer and than after i've turned it on with power , plug the battery back to the computer.

can you help me solve this problem? is this a battery or computer problem?

you're saying you can't turn your computer on when battery inserted, but when you remove the battery it works?

no, i can start the computer only when the battery is out , when plugged to power ...

remove the battery and ac power, press power button for 30-40 seconds, replace the battery and check if it works.

nope , doesnt work , when i try to turn on the computer with battery the light of the power and the battery turn on for a few seconds and then turned off.... any other suggestions maybe???

remove the ram sticks and check if you hear any beep sound.
