should i buy the G560/460?

i was thinking of buying this laptop but after reading some problems with this model on these forum like trackpad, and hibernation problems etc. Are these common problems or just the unlucky phew people?

Intel core i3 m330 2.13GHz,
3gb memory
500gb HDD
Geforce 310m 512mb


its costs
60000 RSD
$740 USD
568 Euro
i live in Serbia if that matters
