i insall a software driver usb samsung mobile on lenovo g470 -- after-- all usb my laptop not working .. i reinstall windows but all my usb port not working ... my bios ver is 2.11 .. :-( ... please help me ....... :smileysad:

Kindly install the chipset driver and check if the usb driver is properly installed and showing in device manager

 

Download chipset driver for Windows 7 from mentioned below web link.

BIOS update is also available

Windows 7 64bit
