webcam + blank screen, hibernate like stuck G460

hye guys....

 

i need some help here... after a few minutes during use webcam  my laptop become stuck , blank screen n herbinate but engine still working...i already update my bios(NIWEx202_X64) but it still happen again!!!

 

i don't know why.. plez help me............

 

using win 7 home premium 64bit
