wlan problem with G570

hello i'ev installed windows xp sp2 and when i try to connect to the internet through an AP protected whith wpa-psk ,it does not connect but when i remove the protection it connects . what is the problem and how i can solve it . thanks .

Hello Sukhoi,

 

Kindly update the wireless lan driver and check if the issue gets resolved.

 

If the issue persist then you need to reset the wireless router and then the issue will resolve.
