3000 J115 System Board Connector

Anyone have to pin-out for the Front Panel system board connector?  It is 14 pins with only one 7-pin side used. It has 5 wires:  2-black, 2-yellow, 1-green.

 

Lenovo 3000 J115 (738722U) bought in March 2007.
