Driver needed J115

I put a new motherboard and CPU in a Lenovo J115 7387 26U, I am trying to get the card reader working and cannot find any drivers. I believe its a 19 In 1 and its made by Foxconn (Model CR-03E) . Can anyone help me locate a driver?
