Help for selecting a new video card

Hi, I have a Lenovo H 330  computer and I would like to upgrade it with a new video card (Not a high end one, just a decent video card with around 1 GB)

My specs are following (From the sticker on the side of the computer)

Machine Type: 7781

Product Family:  Lenovo H330

CPU: SNB Ci3 2120 3.3

HDD: 1T (Intel HD Video card)

RAM: 4G

ODD: DVD RW Drive

OS: Win 7 HP

and another information which says:

200-240V

3.0A

50/60 Hz

Can I upgrade my computer and if yes, which card would you guys suggest???

PS: I have no clue about this hardware stuff , so please forgive my ignorance
