Missing TV Tuner Cable on C300, C305 or C315?

All,

Recently a limited number of C300, C305 and C315 model all in one desktops equipped with the TV Tuner option shipped without an adapter cable that was intended to be included as part of the configuration.

Lenovo has identified shipments that were missing these parts and have compiled a list of affected customers.  The sales team is in process of notfying these customers via mail, and including the missing cable along with the following communication....

"Dear Valued Lenovo Customer,

We are contacting you regarding your recent purchase of a Lenovo C Series all-in-one desktop computer.  One of the many great features of this computer is an optional TV Tuner, and one component of that feature is a TV Tuner adapter cable.  However, we recently learned that your C Series shipped without this adapter cable unintentionally.

Included in this package is the cable that was missing from your shipment, as well as instructions on its use and installation.

Please accept our apologies for any inconvenience that this error may have caused.  If you have any questions, please feel free to call us at 1-866-42THINK.

I have purchased c305 in India and facing the same problem for connecting the TV signal because of the missing cable.

I have not received any mail from your side. Please advise me whom to contact in MUMBAI, MAHARASHTRA.

Was hoping that someone could tell me how i can go about getting the cable for the tv tuner, I have the C300 series. I bought it in May 2011 hoping its not too late to still get the cable it would be kind of nice to have.

I purchased this computer system - Lenovo 3000 C305 and it did not have the tv tuner cable with it.  It also did not come with the remote control that I am now told should have been included.  Verizon was here today to install and said that parts of my PC was missing to enable me the ability to have my computer used as a TV. 

How do I go about acquiring these items?  Thank you very much for your prompt response in this regard.
