My H22010028 needs bios upgrade and RAM Upgrade

Please help me to update the BIOS im having the LENOVO 5VKT07AUS version, it date is 9/1/2009, please help me to update the bios, and my system serial number is xxxxxxxxxx , and i need to upgrade the ram to 6gb, im now having 2gbddr3@1066MHz, please help me to choose the RAM also. please help me in these two things.

for updating the bios go to >>

download the proper Chipset driver and install it.

As for upgrading the RAM, I suggest calling our Tech Support via the number listed in the link below >>
