I am running Windows Vista and have started getting messages telling me that I have run out of Rescue and Recovery backup space. There doesn't seem to be much point in backing up from the hard drive to the same hard drive. I never asked rescue and Recovery to do backups. Should I stop this automated process and, if so, how do I do it? Can I delete the backup and, if so, how. At the very least can I delete this ever-growing backup so that it starts from Scratch?

Hello Kafka,
The automatic backup has taken the space on the hard disk.
You can delete all the old backup and then the issue will be resolved.

Thanks Tanuj. Where do I find the backup files?
