USB pin settings on the L-NC51M

I rebuilt my old J3000 using the case. I had to reset the pins to the power switch so they match the new MB, very tedious task but I can't get the "unit" that has the slots for the mass storage devices (sd, cf cards) to register.  I'm thinking it's also the pin configuration. Does anyone know the pin configuration on the MB for the USB pins?  Thanks!
