removed tap icons and dont know how to get them back

Hi all, 
I just received my x220t and started playing with it.  accidentally i removed few icons from simple tap menu (lenovo app store, lenovo music, lenovo video...).

Now i want to get them back.  Any info would be appreciated on how to do it.
